Decorating Cravings

So, we just signed our lease for our new house/duplex. It is 2 bedrooms, both being masters... one has a walk in closet! 2 car garage (perfect for those cold raining/snowing days), all stainless appliances and more. We move in Aug. So excited! I just hope we do not move anytime soon. 

So.... I have been looking for some deco items! I want so so so so much and have a wide variety in taste. I like modern, shabby chic, vintage, industrial, white, black, gray, pops of color, zen, and so much more!! Check out my pinterest. 

This week I will be working on my second DIY project. A headboard and also refinishing 2 old dressers. Post to come soon after I finish them. 

For my headboard inspiration I really would like this one but $2400 is NOT in my current budget. I have some super old wood planks from a building that I plan on using. 

As for the dressers my plan is to sand them down, either stain or paint them, and then distress them to match with the planks. 

I hope all this comes together! I will post pics once I finish.
